PENN TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WJAC) Fire crews from across Centre County responded to a barn fire around 4:30 p.m. Thursday. The fire happened at an Amish family farm on Long Lane in Millheim. A witness at the scene told 6 News he was cutting his grass when he saw the flames erupting from the barn.

Johnstown, PA (WJAC) Giant Eagle has issued a voluntary recall of several bakery items, that contain peanut butter, that were sold at three area stores due to potential salmonella contamination. Officials say the bakery items were sold at stores in Ebensburg, Indiana and Northern Cambria.
