Centre Co., PA (WJAC) A Centre County man accused of filming a Penn State student inside a bathroom earlier this year was sentenced Friday and given credit for time served. Police say Mark Williams, 52, was charged in February after he reportedly filmed a partially undressed, male student inside a HUB bathroom.
