ALTOONA, Pa (WJAC) The Trade Secrets Skincare and Saltroom business in Altoona joins a long list of businesses making hand sanitizers in times of shortage. Co-owner Stephanie Hite says their sanitizer meets the current CDC guidelines of 70% alcohol based, a potency which kills the coronavirus strain.
