LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) Pennsylvania State Police said one person has died from a propane explosion at the Bird-in-Hand Family Inn in Leacock Township. The explosion happened around 8:00 a.m. Monday and required a response from more than 20 fire companies.

SOMERSET COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) State Correctional Institution Somerset is on lockdown Tuesday afternoon following an inmate assault, the Department of Corrections confirmed. Authorities say one inmate assaulted another around 11:30 a.m. at the medium-security all male prison.
